Preparing & administering your injections

For many women, the journey of fertility includes a series of injectable medications to regulate hormones, stimulate follicles, and more. Getting acclimated to self-injecting can be challenging, but it does get easier with practice. Midwest Fertility Specialists is dedicated to giving you the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your fertility journey.

While your physician may prescribe you one or several different injectable medications to help you on your path to parenthood, each one serves a unique purpose. At the start of your fertility journey, your physician will decide what medications are right for you and your unique situation. Once you’ve been prescribed the necessary injectables, check out our helpful video tutorials for each possible injection you may encounter.

If you don’t feel comfortable administering your injection, please don’t hesitate to contact us or request an appointment. At Midwest Fertility Specialists, your comfort and success is always our top priority.
